The company brought Rob in to give some management training due to a multitude of reasons, one of which being that some of the staff (including myself) were new to management, so there was some discordance between management staff when it came to making decisions.
Throughout Cubet’s bespoke course of training, Rob worked on both our individual management styles and our representation to the rest of the company as a team; both of which went well.
