“The company at which I am Assistant Engineering Manager brought Rob in to give some management training. This was down to a multitude of reasons including some staff new to management, such as myself, and some discordance between management staff when it came to making decisions.Throughout the bespoke course of training delivered Rob worked on both our individual management styles and our representation to the rest of the company as a team; both of which went well.

Tutor uses a range of approaches to explain ideas and concepts. Well chosen analogies were used to explain theories and practice. Tutor is highly focused and clear instructions were given.
